Shipping

Shipping is free on every order — there is no minimum spend and no code to enter. We pack and dispatch orders within 24-48 hours of payment, and you will get a confirmation email as soon as yours is on its way.

Standard delivery takes about 4-8 days from the day your order ships. Delays outside our control do happen, and the longest deliveries can take up to around 15 days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 days, or a package shows as delivered but has not arrived, email [email protected] and we will investigate with the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please keep the item unused and in its original packaging.

Start by writing to [email protected] with your order number. After your return arrives and is checked, the refund is sent to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Customers pay the return postage, apart from damaged, defective or incorrect items. Exchanges are shipped once the returned item reaches us.

If something is wrong with your order on arrival, email [email protected] within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
